Forward Saddick Adams has communicated his retirement from football at the age of 33 in a Facebook Page.
Adams, 33, played for now defunct Ashantigold, Athletico Madrid and Asante Kotoko during his playing days.
Saddick Adams rose to fame with stint for the Ghana Under-17[Black Starlets] and secured a move to Atletico Madrid at the same period current Manchester United shot-stopper, David Degea was.

Adams, returned to Ghana and starred for Berekum Chelsea before his move to Asante Kotoko Sporting Club.
He won the MTN FA Cup with Asante Kotoko by scoring a hattrick against the Club’s longtime rivals, Hearts of Oak to lift the silverware.

“OFFICIAL: Today is a difficult day for me, but it is also a day of reflection and gratitude. Playing for all these clubs during my football career, Ashantigold fc, BEREKUM Chelsea fc,Kumasi Asante kotoko sc,Atlético de Madrid , Etoile sportive du Sahel , Vojvodina fc , Saham club,Al Nahda fc ,Al Ansar fc,Al faiha fc and many more.It has been a tremendous honor representing all these clubs as player.
“With much sadness but without regret, I realize that I am no longer able to adhere to the unwavering standard of excellence that professional football demands. I love the game of football so much, and I know there is truly only one acceptable way to play.
“Knowing I can no longer compete at a level that I find acceptable.This decision is mine alone, and although I know this will not bring me happiness, it is the right and honorable action to take at this time in my life. I cherished every moment of my Football career, and it has been such a blessing to play the game for as long as I have played.
