Musician Sally M has joined the 7th Anniversary celebration of Connect 97.1FM by presenting an Anniversary Cake and some assorted drinks to the leadership and staff of the station on Friday July 7, 2023.
Born, Sally Mugabe Hayfron, named after her grandmother, Mrs. Francesca Mugabe Hayfron, wife of late Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe the promising singer is already making giants steps in the music industry.
Sally M alongside her team thronged the premises of the Takoradi-based station to make the presentation which was well received by the leadership of the station.
Ewurama Shirley Smith and Paa Kwesi Simpson received the presentation on behalf of the Company and made these declarations;
“We had ate our cake with Remar Orphanage Home last weekend but today, we’ve been presented with another one. We are much grateful for the thoughtfulness of Sally M and her team” – Ewurama Shirley Smith churned in.
Ahead of cutting the cake, host of the Omanbapa Show, Paa Kwesi Simpson eulogized the design of the cake and gave great aplomb to Sally M and her team for making such decision to mark Connect’s 7th Anniversary.

“This cake shows how we’ve been in the minds of your[Sally M] team. Well designed with your name and that of Connect to suit its purpose. We are extremely grateful for this and it goes to show how great you are as a person” – he added.
Sally M is out with a new one titled Feeling which she featured Ahkan of Ruff and Smooth fame and it is an exclusive release on Boomplay’s streaming and downloading platform.
