In an interview with Dj Magnus on Takoradi based Connect FM, Sally M divulged why she hasn’t encountered “sex-before-help” in her music journey.
The Afrobeats singer also responded to lack of visibility on the part of female artiste in the Western Region.
“I can’t pinpoint the exact reasons, but I think there’s a problem somewhere….no one will venture into music and veers along the line without a reason,” she said.
She also stated she has a competent team around her, hence, it will be difficult to give her contact out to any male Dj or radio/TV presenter; reason why she hasn’t encountered “sex-before-help” in her music journey.

“I’ll never give my personal phone number to any TV/radio presenter because I have a team which consist of a PR, road manager and all that. If I decide to give you my number, then it means I want it for personal reasons and not for works towards my brand….. even with that, the team won’t be okay with it. You only have to get my road manager’s number…it’s a business and branding is key. Because if I give you my number and later decline your advances, it might break our working relationship,” she hammered.
Sally M also stated she only give out her personal phone number to female radio/TV presenters because they’ll never propose love to her.
“I’ve worked with a lot of people and none has my number. I only give out my number to female presenters because I know they won’t propose to me,” she added.
She stated she’s always with her team wherever she goes.
“I don’t make a move without my team. If time don’t permit us to go together, we got to reschedule things,” she also noted.
