Samuel Boadu has been announced as the stopgap Coach for two time FA Cup Winners, Kumasi Cornerstone FC.
Kumasi-based Cornerstone Football Club, a-two-time FA Cup winners and one-time West Africa Football Union Champions as part of reviving the fortunes have announced the appointment of the two time FA Cup winner and one time Ghana Premier League.
Formed in 1931 and standing in as the oldest existing Club in the Ashanti Region, the team has been seen coming through with major rebranding on Social Media.
Cornerstone have made series of tweets confirming the appointment;
“We are delighted to announce Mr. Samuel Boadu as a stop-gap coach. We are certain that Boadu’s experience and standard of excellence as a tactician will impact Cornerstone Football Club positively as we work assiduously to revive our old glory”
“Per the agreement, the club will not hesitate to let him leave whenever a bigger opportunity comes his way” – the tweet confirms.
Cornerstone will be competing in the Regional Division Two League in the Ashanti Region next season.
