Sean Combs, the rapper and mogul also known as Diddy was sued on Monday by a music producer who accused the hip-hop mogul of sexually assaulting her and forcing her to have sex with prostitutes.
The lawsuit, filed in federal court in New York, accuses Combs of engaging in various acts of adultery and unsolicited touching. It also said the man had to work in the bathroom while Combs showered and went naked. Combs’ attorneys said the events described in the lawsuit were “fiction.”
“We have overwhelming, irrefutable evidence that everything he said was a lie,” said Sean Hawley, Combs’ attorney. “We will resolve these different allegations in court and do justice to those responsible for these allegations,” he added.
Attorney Tyrone Blackburn, who filed the lawsuit on behalf of the developers, did not immediately respond to an email seeking comment. In the lawsuit, the producer said Combs asked him to hire prostitutes and forced him to have sex with them.
It also shows when a producer wakes up from the bed of two female workers and claims he has been treated. The lawsuit is one of several homicide lawsuits filed against Combs in recent months, including the lawsuit of R&B singer Cassie that was settled last year.
Another of Combs’ accusers is a woman who accused the rapper of sexually assaulting her two decades ago when she was 17. He also accused Harve Pierre, the president of Combs’ Bad Boy Records label, and an unidentified man. Combs denied the allegations in December, saying:
“Let me be clear: I did not do any of the horrible things that I am accused of. “I will fight for my name, my family, and the truth.”
