Speaking in an exclusive interview with Kyfilla.com, Madam Ibrahim Kuurimah said her staff keep the restaurant clean at all times, including the kitchen, food preparation areas and any areas that guests come into contact with.
On why the name Second Wife, she explained that, “my foods taste just like what your mother or wife cooks in the house and I treat customers as family. We make the customer feel like home with good food and service hence why I chose Second Wife restaurant.”
She added; “Providing good customer service in a clean environment is our hallmark despite being in existence some weeks ago. The staff interact with guests courteously and maintain a positive attitude while the servers know the menu well, deliver guests’ food and drinks on time, and quickly address any issues that an unsatisfied guest may have.[ads4]
