The suspected Coronavirus case at the Effia-Nkwanta Teaching Hospital in the Western region has tested negative.

According to reports, the blood samples of the suspected patient was taken through a laboratory test at the Noguchi Medical Research Institute.

The result from the test proved negative which means the person has not contacted the disease.
So far Ghana has recorded 16 cases with 8 of them reportedly recovering.
