Popular Nigerian Singer, Simisola Ogunleye, aka Simi, took to Social Media to explain why she is yet to have another child after giving birth to her first child, Adejare Kosoko.
Simi welcomed her daughter Adejare with her husband, singer Adekunle Gold, in May 2020. Since then, she hasn’t been able to get pregnant again, as her only child is now 3 years old.

In the latest video with her daughter cited online, the ‘Duduke’ hitmaker disclosed her ordeal and the reason why she is yet to get pregnant again.
Simi claims that having her first child, Adejare, has caused changes in her body, one of which has infected her eyes.
Simi explained further that she had been suffering from an eye defect since giving birth to Adejare, and since that time the ailment has worsened.
Simi added that she visited the clinic three months ago, and as a way to correct her eye defect, the doctor recommended glasses for her.
Duduke was released on April 16, 2020 and was produced by Oscar. The song is still popular on the airwaves in Ghana and Nigeria.
