“I’ve been compelled to share photos of how appalling states our toilet facilities in the Sekondi-Takoradi has become. This and many toilets like this are Colo, outmoded and out of coverage area but they’re still being used in the twin city Sekondi -Takoradi.
“What baffles me is the way political party supporters fight over them when there is change of government, When it is given to them to manage, they don’t think about rehabilitation at all, At this digital era all our public toilets should be modernised (water closet), they should be tiled. I always condemn those who ease themselves on sea defences and the beaches but when I visited this facility and I think one way or the other, they have a case. That is not to say I am in support of what they do.
“I was at Ngyinamoa Bakam (Sekondi) area and had to ease myself, so I visited their public toilet, in fact what I saw there was very bad so I couldn’t use it, meanwhile the thing was coming, a good Samaritan prompted me to try the one at Nkotompo Nkwanta, so I rushed there and it was somehow the same, I had no choice because I needed to evacuate the internal residue of my Human Atominstrotum Shitoilet carrier,
“Even though it is the duty of the Assemblies to monitor all these things but we the users should also do the right thing by keeping those facilities clean because it’s ours, we are the ones using them. LETS BE CITIZENS AND NOT SPECTATORS. GOD BLESS OUR HOMELAND GHANA.”
