The Special Prosecutor has invited embattled Juaben Municipal Executive nominee, Alex Sarfo Kantanka for questioning.
Mr. Kantanka has been invited by the Special Prosecutor, Kissi Agyebeng after viral video of him demanding refund of some money he allegedly paid to Assembly Members for his confirmation.[ads2]
This led to the Ashanti Regional Police arresting him after the viral video but was granted bail after his Investigation Caution Statement was taken.
But Kissi Agyebeng, in a letter dated November 2, said his outfit has commenced investigations into allegations of corruption and corruption-related offences against the nominee.
