Ghanaian midfielder Kingsley Sarfo has been sentenced to imprisonment for rape against children in Sweden
The Black Stars midfield dynamo will serve two years and eight months in prison and deportation for two cases of rape against two children.
The 23-year-old had been in cells for some time now after he was charged with defilement in Sweden.
Although he pleaded not guilty to the allegation leveled against him because he didn’t know the girl was under-aged, there were claims that the 23-year-old has been involved in several sexual activities against under-aged girls since joining Malmo FF.

A Malmo District court ruled on Friday morning that the should be put in jail for two years and also face deportation after serving his jail terms.
Sarfo is believed to be one of Ghana’s rising top players with great skills and long sentence could effectively end his burgeoning playing career.
