Armenian side FC Lori Vanadzor winger Tinga Kofi Tei has disclosed his readiness to grab an opportunity to represent the Black Satellites of Ghana ahead of their African Youth Championship qualifier against Benin.
The youngster Tinga Kofi Tei says his target this season is to earn a call-up to be part of Ghana U20 team, the Black Satellites, after his explosive form which has aided his side [Lori Vanadzor] to qualify to the Armenian top-flight football League.
The 19 year old with the nicknamed ”Sprinter” joined the Armenian side last year’s June from Western Regional Division Two League side Railstars Academy.
“I’m pleased with my performance because I’ve been doing very well this season in the Armenian league. I’m eying a call-up from coach Jimmy Cobblah to the Ghana U20 team and wouldn’t hesitate if I’m called up for the upcoming qualifier against Benin,” He told www.kyfilla.com. in an exclusive interview.
Tinga Kofi Tei emerged as Lori FC’s top scorer after bagging 12 goals in his 22 appearance for the team as a left winger.
