Musician Sally M has announced Stephen Mensah as the winner of her Cover Art Challenge for her upcoming single titled Feeling.
The contest was to settle on the one cover art for her upcoming single which she features Ahkan of Ruff and Smooth fame. The song is titled Feeling.
Sally M is yet to announce the exact release date for the single, Feeling.
The two-week-long contest ended on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 and Tema-based Graphic Designer known on social media as Tema Mayor came up as the winner and is rewarded with USD 100.00 as the prize money.
The contest saw nine different entries from the first stage of the competition. The nine entries were put in three groups of three and polls were held to determine the top three designed works.
The cover arts that secured most votes from each of the three groups were put in another contest for voting which Stephen Mensah secured 51 percent of the total votes, the second best had 41 percent of the votes and the final work accruing 8 percent.
The competitors were from several parts of the country, seven Ghanaians with one female designer and two from other countries.
“Feeling” would be Sally M’s first single for the year she has previously released Attention Love and Makoma which were released on May and November 2022 respectively.

Sally Mugabe Hayfron, known in showbiz as Sally M, born in 2000 in Sekondi, Ghana, is a Ghanaian musician and songwriter named after her great grandmother, Sally Francesca Mugabe Hayfron, wife of late Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe.
Sally M received her education at Baxford International School, Bompeh Senior High Technical School, and later earned a MIG Diploma in Information Technology. Sally M won the 2017 Miss Bompeh Pageantry.
Even though Sally M has been a professional for just two years, she has already played in front of 2,000 people at the Shama Home Coming, 1,600 at the Efia-Kuma to the World Concert, and 2, Concert. All of these events took place in 2022.
