Former Berekum Chelsea head coach Svetislav Tanasijevic has punched holes in Kumasi Asante Kotoko next season’s CAF Confederation cup campaign.
Asante Kotoko were granted the permission to participate in the 2018-19 CAF Confederation cup by the GFA Normalization Committee even though league season in the country has been put on hold.

Kotoko were the champions of last season’s FA Cup and therefore a legitimate club to represent Ghana in the CAF Confederation cup since league in the country is in the normalization period.

But Svetislav Tanasijevic who is the youth coach for Ghana Premier league giant Ashantigold believes Kotoko don’t have the best of team to represent Ghana in Africa rather his outfit and Medeama Sporting Club who were the leaders of the truncated league have more qualities compare to the Porcupine Warriors and therefore sees the decision from the NC as a total cheat.
“Kotoko representing Ghana in the Confederation Cup is a cheat and politics”, he told Berekum based Shalom Radio during an interview.
“Ashantigold and Medeama has more qualities than Kotoko and even Aduana Stars assessing the teams upon the truncated league.
