Betway Ghana, the leading betting company nationwide, as part of supporting community football in the country have scheduled to organise eight teams football gala in Takoradi.
The one-day competition dubbed Betway Easter Gala is scheduled to come off on April 20, 2019 at the Nana Breapong Yaw School park at Effiekuma, a suburb in Takoradi.
The teams; Nzema FC, New Takoradi, New Site, Kingsman, Tanokrom, Effia, Effiekuma No 2 and Effiekuma Zongo will battle for the ultimate and other cash prizes from the organizers.
There will also be a curtain raiser match between Effiekuma Masquerades Select Side against a Select Side from the media to pave way for the main competition.
Kyfilla.com understands, there will be awards for the best goalkeeper, player and the overall topscorer as well as medals for the runner ups ,with champions of the competition taking home GHS 2,500.
