Future Stars Academy have emerged as the champions of the 2019 edition of ‘The Big Clash’ tournament in Takoradi of the Western Region.

The star studerd Future Stars side defeated Kofi Kinaata’s Team Move FC 4:3 on penalty shootouts to lift the Under 15 division’s trophy for the first time in their first appearance.
The one day event organized by FootieGh with Ernest Osei (Kolibano) as the CEO, the competition was participated by eight teams within the Sekondi-Takoradi metropolis.
This was the fourth edition of the competition since its inception in 2015 by the former Sekondi Hasaacas goalkeeper.
The motive of the competition, was to motivate the mushroom talents and support them to fulfill their dream of playing football.
The kids enjoyed free food and drinks and received kits, boots and jerseys from the organizers.

The adult division saw Sulele Select side beating Bankyease FC 4:3 on shootouts for the giant trophy and the undisclosed cash prize.
Coaches in the Western Region such as Bismark Kobi-Mensah of FC Samartex, Mustapha Fudail of Future Stars, Abdul Malik Mohammed of Skyy FC as well as B71 Sandoy goal poacher Tijani Mohammed, CEO’s of Bis Paradise Micheal Quarshie & Bismark Owusu Mensah and ace broadcaster Stephen Kwame Yeboah who also double as CEO of KY Media Consult Limted lit up the event with their presences.
