Old Students of the Naval Base Junior High School has made a donation to the School as part of its contribution in the combat of the Coronavirus Pandemic.
The Class of 1992 of the Takoradi-based Naval JHS donated items such as; gallons of Liquid Soap, gallons of Hand Sanitizers, 100 pieces of nose masks, Tissues, Veronica buckets, Dustbins and waste buckets to help in the school’s fight against the global pandemic.

The President of the 4th Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo released restrictions to allow final year students to be able to go through their end of school examinations on June 29, 2020.
In the wisdom of the 1992 Class’s leadership they made the donation to ensure the school stand formidably in the fight against the pandemic.
During the presentation the spokesperson of the group, Mr. Matthew Gyasi said the idea of coming together came up when they heard a teacher who taught them had passed away, so they first honoured some of the teachers a week ago to appreciate them of the discipline they instilled in them during the period at the school that made them who they are today.

Mrs. Gina Sarkwah organizer Naval Base 1992 year group said most often people forget where they had the foundation and only concentrate on the secondary school of which is not the best,she appealed to all and sundry to also try and give back to where the foundation was set.
Mrs Elizabeth Kwofie thanked the 1992 year group for the kind gesture and pray more will come to support the cluster of school ,the compound currently house your schools which is Naval Base, Nav West,Western Command and Navy Basic.
