With the help of MTN head office in Takoradi, the police have arrested two mobile money fraudsters in the Western Region.
The two fraudsters whom their identities have been withheld were gripped by the police at the Takoradi Market Circle for defrauding.
According to information reaching the desk of Kyfilla.com, the two defrauded someone in Takoradi but the victim immediately reported the case to MTN and their account was blocked.

The fraudsters then went to the MTN head office in Takoradi (Market Circle) for their account to be unblocked after initially withdrawing over GH¢3,000 remaining GH¢250 in their account.
Staff at the MTN head office secretly reported the case to the police where immediately the two fraudsters were arrested.
The two are currently in the custody of the police and will soon be processed before court.
