Tarkwa has been chosen as the venue for the final showdown of the Western regional Armwrestling challenge scheduled for Saturday, March 30, 2019.
The entire township is expected to turned upside down as winners from the various towns in the region would converged at the Cyanide Park to battle for the bragging rights as the champion in the Western region.
The competition organized by Accra Brewery Limited beer brand, Eagle Extra Stout in collaboration with the Ghana Armwrestling Federation headed by Mr. Charles Osei Assibey is to increase youths participation in the game.
Over fifty participants from the various towns in the Western region are expected to be available on Saturday to compete for the bragging rights.
Winners of the competition are promised with awesome prizes such as T-shirts, caps, cash and other amazing prizes from the headline sponsors and organizers, Eagle Extra Stout.
