Hasaacas Ladies received a distinguished honor from Takoradi Technical University on Saturday 5th August on the occasion of their Annual Sports Awards for their excellent achievements in women’s football at the local and international levels, flying the Ghanaian flag aloft in the process.
The team was included on the distinguished honor category together with TTU’s vice chancellor and council chair.
Hasaacas Ladies’ Head Coach, Yussif Basigi received a citation on behalf of the club.He was also presented with a plaque by the institution in recognition of his enormous contributions to Ghana football.He expressed appreciation for the honor to the school.
Hasaascas Ladies represented Ghana in the maiden edition of the CAF Women’s Champions League in 2021 and is the most successful women’s team in Ghana.
