Trabzonspor, a Turkish football club, has made a formal offer to sign Maxwell Woledzi, a 23-year-old Ghanaian defender currently playing for Fredrikstad in Norway.
The proposal includes a substantial increase in Woledzi’s salary, demonstrating Trabzonspor’s determination to secure the talented center-back. Fredrikstad FK has not yet responded to the offer.
Woledzi started from the Right to Dream Academy and made his European debut with FC Nordsjaelland, where he played from 2020 to 2022, featuring in 28 matches and scoring a goal in the Danish top league.
The talented defender signed for Vitória SC Guimarães II in Portugal, making 13 appearances between July 2022 and July 2023.
This season, he has already made 13 appearances in the 2024 Eliteserien, demonstrating his defensive skills.
