Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has made a donation of Gh¢50,000 to veteran actor Psalm Adjeteyfio.
The renowned actor made the social media trends when video of him pleading for Gh¢3000 to pay his rent surfaced on the internet.[ads2]
Many including the vice President promised to support the ace Ghanaian actor from the plight and has finally fulfilled that.
Dr. Bawumia, according to multiple reports, has paid for five years rent for the actor worth Gh¢30,000 and allowance of Gh¢20,000 for sustenance.[ads3]
The Vice President made the donation at a period that he has lost his mother Hajia Mariama Bawumia on Monday, September 13, 2021.
The mother of the ace politician gave up the ghost in Walewale after a short illness.
