Former Kumasi Asante Kotoko midfielder Dauda Mohammed has revealed that his ambitions at Anderlecht is to get a first team chance after showcasing a blistering performance against Westerlo in their preseason campaign.
The Ghana star was phenomenal for the Belgian side in their preseason encounter with Westerlo, scoring two goals in their 2:2 draw game last weekend.
Dauda Mohammed said in an interview with the club website that when giving the chance at Anderlecht , he will be glad to grab it.
“My ambition is to belong to the group every week and in this way have a place in the initial line-up. I want to take every chance I get and show what I can do” he told his club’s website
“Against Westerlo, it was a collective win and I do not want to take the credit,”
Dauda scored 25 goals in the Junior League last season and has earned promotion to the senior side.
He has so far scored three goals in three preseason games.
