[ads1]Ghanaian airline company, Goldstar Air have unveiled the much talked about wings of Liberia, Lone Star Air on Tuesday afternoon.
The unveiling exercise was done by the President of Liberia, George Oppong Weah in a colorful ceremony at the Robert International Airport.
According to President Oppong Weah, the Coronavirus pandemic put partial restrictions on borders worldwide and this came as a great loss to players in the aviation sector and believes the country has a rear opportunity to tap some good fortune by ensuring it becomes a significant player in the aviation space, by reviving the national airline and it will lead to the realization of making Liberia the destination of choice and also an aviation hub in West Africa.[ads2]
The groundbreaking ceremony had the Brand Ambassador of the Lone Star Air, the office facilities, vehicles, billboards unveiled.
The new flag carrier is ambitious to provide scheduled and non scheduled passenger air services from Robert Field International Airport, Monrovia to eleven West African destinations namely; Accra, Sao Tome, Bissau, Ouagadougou, Lagos, Abidjan, Abuja, Freetown, Banjul, Conakry and Dakar.[ads3]
In partnership with the Ghanaian Carrier, Goldstar Air will be flying across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, Caribbean and North America, projecting a fleet of more than one hundred modern aircrafts to a network of more than 90 key business and leisure destinations.
