For their forthcoming league game against Accra Hearts of Oak at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium on Friday, November 8, Vision FC head coach Nana Kweku Agyemang is preparing a tactical surprise.
Agyemang, who was determined to win, announced that Vision FC will deviate from their typical game plans by using a novel strategy designed especially to fight Hearts of Oak.
Aboubakar Ouattara, the Ivorian coach of Hearts of Oak, was seen watching Vision FC’s most recent game against Aduana FC, probably in an attempt to learn more about their strategy. Agyemang replied that he was certain Hearts will encounter an entirely different opponent.
“We modify our approach according to our opponent. Agyemang hinted to an unpredictable approach that may make it hard for Hearts to foresee their actions, saying, “So, while he watched our game, what he’ll see on Friday will be entirely different.”
Former Hearts players like striker Issah Akuka Issifu and assistant coach Hamza Obeng are on Vision FC’s team their familiarity with the Phobians may offer them an advantage.
Even though Hearts of Oak defeated Medeama 2-0 recently, Agyemang is still hopeful that his team would put on a solid performance.
With 11 points, Vision FC is currently in 11th place in the league table, while Hearts of Oak are just ahead in 8th place with 12 points. Fans at the Legon Sports Stadium should expect an interesting matchup tomorrow as both clubs are keen to win.
