The President of Liberia George Oppong Weah has teamed up with other local artistes to release a song which is to create awareness about the Coronavirus pandemic.

Though the country has recorded three cases in its capital Monrovia, the song is to inform Liberians to avoid the spread of the disease
George Weah who happens to be the only African footballer to win the FIFA Footballer of the Year award, partnered both gospel and local secular musicians to record the song.
The song also entreat Liberians to adhere to the safety measures to avoid the spread of the pandemic since the rate of infected cases keep increasing in other countries.

This is not the first time that, George Oppong Weah has composed a song to create awareness, as he did same during the 2014 Ebola outbreak, where he partnered other artistes to composed an awareness song in the said year.
