Hearts of Oak Supporters will be smiling in the next three months according to Chief Executive Officer of K. A Estate Limited, Kofi Agyei.
The Ghanaian firm will be working side-by-side with Turkey-based planning and estate company, Prefabex.
K.A will begin the grounds works with later supplies from the Prefabex to finish the project per the club’s statement on Twitter.

“Accra Hearts of OakĀ have signed an agreement with local contractors K. A. Estate Limited for the commencement of the Pobiman Academy Project. The local firm will start the grounds work (substructure only) and will work in partnership with the Turkish contractors,” Hearts posted on their official Twitter page.
A few hours after making the project public, the Chief Executive Officer, Kofi Agyei has been waxing lyrical.
According to Kofi Agyei the project will be completed not later than 3 months and works begin in a week’s time.

“4 playing fields, 8 unit hostels will be situated at Pobiman. They are in 2 phases; Structural and Foundation work and the second phase is the Pre fabricated structure expected from Turkey.
