Black Queens of Ghana head coach, Mercy Tagoe Quarcoe is optimistic her team will beat the Harambee Starlets of Kenya to secure a ticket to the 2020 Summer Olympic Games in Tokyo, Japan.

The Black Queens drew goalless with the Harambee Starlets in the first-leg in Accra and will play the second-leg in Nairobi on Tuesday.

Speaking ahead of the game on Tuesday, coach Mercy Tagoe Quarcoe believes her side are very much determined to beat Kenya in the second-leg to secure Ghana a qualification to the Summer Olympics in Tokyo.

“We want to win the game on Tuesday. If the Kenyans came to Ghana and get home with a point, we can also beat them tomorrow at their home ground.
“We’ve corrected our mistakes and morale in camp is high especially with the arrival of Portia Boakye who will serve as the captain for the game on Tuesday”, confident Mercy Tagoe said.

The cracker has been scheduled for Tuesday, October 8 at 1:00PM Ghana time but 4:00PM in Kenya.
