Listeners of Accra-based Peace FM have been wondering about the whereabout of popular newscaster Kwabena Marfo.
The Despite Media Group employee has been off the airwaves for awhile which has triggered the listeners of the station asking for his whereabout.

Some of the listeners were saying maybe Kwabena Marfo is no longer with the station and currently searching for a new station which has resulted to his absence on radio.
But Akosua Ago Aboagye who is a newscaster at Peace FM has explained the exact reason why colleague Kwabena Marfo has been off the airwaves.

She stated that Kwabena Marfo has not parted ways with Peace FM as it was murmuring across the country.
Speaking on Okay FM, a subsidiary of Despite Media Group which was monitored by Kyfilla.com, Akosua Ago Aboagye disclosed that Kwabena Marfo is contesting as Independent Candidate for the Cape Coast North constituency Parliamentary seat and currently engaging in a serious campaign.

She affirmed that’s the reason why the famous newscaster has been off the airwaves but will return once the 2020 December election is over.
