Karela United on last Sunday 3rd June, 2018 whipped counterpart Inter Allies 2:1 in Match day 15 of the Zylofon Cash Premier League at the Crosby Awuah Memorial Park in Ayinase.
The win comes after a brilliant piece of goal from the winger William Opoku Mensah in the 90th minutes of the game.
Opoku Mensah who has been in blistering form this season was introduced from the bench after 1:1 score line with all hopes at sea for the home team.
He however ensured that his side steals the three maximum points from coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi’ side with a last minute goal in the crucial encounter.
The goal means the Hearts of Oak hat-trick stunner now brings his tally to 6 goals for the Ayinase based team and the top scorer for the club as well.
William Opoku Mensah’ goal has propelled Karela United to the second position of the Zylofon Cash Premier League log with 25 points.
