Head coach for Proud United, Winfred Dormon has urged Sekondi Eleven Wise to capitalize on the centenary anniversary to put up better structures to bring back its glory days.
Dormon who played for the Monkeys in the 2008 league season and a major figure in the team’s qualification to the Ghana Premier League stated emphatically that, he is elated to have ever donned Eleven Wise jersey but believes the current state of the team is appalling and management need to revive the club through their centenary anniversary.
” I’m proud to have played for Sekondi Eleven Wise and also helping the team gained a Premier League slot in 2008″, he told Radio Silver.
” I enjoyed my stay with Eleven Wise and Sekondi-Takoradi at large especially when we gained the Premier League qualification.
” Eleven Wise is a bigger platform and am sad about the current state of the club but the management must capitalize on the centenary anniversary to uplift the team to it glory days by putting up better structures.
The 1960 Ghana Premier League champions will attained hundred years in April 9, this year and management have already outlined programme line ups to celebrate the centenary anniversary.
Dormon currently heads Proud United technical bench on temporarily basis and might rejoin parent club, Dreams FC after the Normalization Committee Special Competition which start this weekend.
