The winner of the 2018 StarTimes Ghana Football Association Gala will take home a gross amount of $5000 as prize-money.
The actual amount for winning the trophy is $2000 but each of the sixteen clubs participating in the tournament will get $2500 as appearance fee whilst the four teams which will make it to the semis also have $500 each bringing the total amount for the winner to $5000.
The last edition of the Gala competition was in 2005 which was won by Kotoko and the 2018 version promises lots of quality football as most top clubs are involved.
