The launching of GHANDOUR WISA AWARDS comes off on Wednesday the 29th of August 2018 Ghana Olimpic Committee board room 10am sharp.
The awards is to recognise sports women both active and retired who have done something great to propagate women sports including sports journalists, coaches and adminstrators, The selection is highly based on performance on and off the field which is usually monitored by Executives of WISA.
WISA Ghana is a non government organisation who see to support women in sport in various aspects to ensure that women doing sports are also recognised in their chosen field WISA will be four years this year.
This is the second edition of the awards,the awards is a means of motivating the women in sports.
Twenty six women would be awarded from various disciplines. Ghandour Cosmetics is the headline sponsors for this year’s event.
