Wisdom introduced himself to football and coaching after captaining Snaps College in 2010 in inter-schools soccer games. He took a big step further by establishing a community football team called Kojokrom Dortmund and played the role of Head Coach. He qualified the team to the final of inter community league 2010/2011 and finished as a runner up, which is his first career honour.

First introductory coaching course in 2016/2017 at Cape Coast which was a GFA organised course.After his grassroot coaching course he established himself as the face of the annual ‘Kuntum’ tournament after winning it in 2018 and 2020 with the Enoe and Kojokrom team respectively.
He also won the inchaban community league in 2021 and finished as runner up in 2023 in the same competition.
Wisdom Fiifi Agbleke sought to move beyond Community football and for this reason took up the role of Head Coach at Takoradi Technical University wining gold with the girls team at the 2022 Ghatusa games whiles the boy finished third.
He was appointed as head Coach of Takoradi Secondary School in 2018 but due to the emergence of COVID-19 the team was inactive.After restrictions and COVID-19 related bans were lifted he led the Tadisco boys team to ultimate glory in the inter school and colleges soccer games Takoradi zone.In the champion of champions clash in the same competition,his team emerged victorious.

Wisdom once again competed in the maiden edition of WRFA SHS championship and his team finished as runners up missing out to winners in Takoradi Technical Institute.
Speaking on his ambitions and targets,he told KYfilla.com“I want to be one of the most sought after coaches in Africa and even at the international level.It is my dream to coach the senior national team one day.”

Several football teams in Ghana are hoping to have his signature to enable him lead their technical teams and it is undoubtedly clear that he is a coaching jewel. Wisdom currently has a license D in coaching and looks forward to coaching a national team in the next five years.
